The advertisements for this item have you BELEIVE that it is indestructable. The pan warps up in the middle when cooking the first time I used it on low heat. It's even possible that it came that way. The use of any type cooking spray, certain types of olive oil and types of butter will ruin the pan surface per the instructions along with the statement that putting it in the dishwasher could ruin the surface of the pan by it rubbing on something. The pan is obliviously is a piece of junk because if you send it back for a warranty claim you have to pay to ship it yourself along with a check for about $14.99 which is about th e cost of the pan when you bought it). They then evaluate the pan and decide if they are going to send you a refund for the purchase price or not. If they decide your warranty claim is no good they then keep your $14.99 and don't refund anything!Wow what a warranty!! Ha ha..what a scam this is. I should have known, this being a TV infomercial product. Junk, junk, junk... Buyer beware
