This is definitely a weird one. Our counselor recommended this book for my daughter who suffers from extreme anxiety and while the technique used for managing her anxiety has merit and we are finding beneficial, I cannot get past the surprise mystery book that is planted smack dab in the middle of this book. It is called, "But....who is Allah?" and appears to be a 30 page children's book introducing children to the Muslim faith around their god, Allah. At the very least, this is a very BIG printing error - to have another completely unrelated book in the middle of the one I actually purchased, but because of the nature of the book, it feels more like religious propaganda being snuck into a book that is geared towards vulnerable children. If this is not the original intent of the author/publisher of "A Little Spot of Anxiety", and you see this review, you might want to check with whoever prints your books. I probably would have given your book 4 stars...but I can't because of this highly inappropriate issue.
