I bought a package of 6. I opened the first one and start using it for a couple of days until I realized that it wasn't working properly. I decided to open a new one carefully and take a look. My surprise is that they clearly had been used already. They are dirty, humid and they even have MOLD in some areas. The package clearly was opened, old used filters introduced in them, and then seal again and ship it to costumers. This is so intolerable and discusting when it becomes to a product to filter water, a first necessity product. Is an attack to my health and my beloved ones. I can't believe they ship products like this. Do not buy them.
