Had plenty of good reviews. Had a similar tree previous to this one. Purchased this after seeing one in person. Assembly was straightforward, box was well packed and instructions were easy to understand. Painstaking to pull apart all of the branches, but nice that you can customize it. Plugged it in and....disappointment! For whatever reason, the top half of the tree (see picture) is dimmer than the bottom half! Played with all the troubleshooting scenarios, checked connections and fuses and still... Have tried emailing their customer service (overseas, likely) without any response so far. Will get additional stars based on customer service response. We shall see...
