The quality of the blanket I received was poor. Missing and loose threads, and uneven beads. When I contacted Luna for a refund, it got very ugly very fast. They simply would not stand behind their written warranty in their booklet that is included in the box. When I argued this, they simply stopped responding and there is no other way to reach them then through email. You can't call them, and their physical address isn't real. I am currently working with the BBB, and consumer affairs as they blatantly lied with their promised warranty. I am literally disgusted by the way they treated me. Thankfully, Amazon has a great return policy.
