I ordered this product a few days ago. I'll paste in my communication with them and let it speak for itself. My first message to them: I ordered your product: 1000 magic cards, plus bonus 25 rares. The description contains the phrase "Duplication will be light". Of the 1000 common/uncommon cards, the box contained 108 copies of Aggressive Urge, 111 copies of Netter en-Dal, 54 copies of Nim Replica, 52 copies of Canopy Surge, 64 copies of Lifespark Spellbomb, 29 Vulshock Berserkers, 36 Battlegrowth, and 24 Deconstruct. In the remaining 524 cards (totaling 1002), there was a fair amount of duplication, sometimes upward of 10-15 copies, but they were distributed, somewhat, throughout the cards. The cards I listed above were all in a row, sometimes turned at a different orientation from the rest of the cards, like someone just grabbed a handful out of a stack of identical cards and shoved them in the box to fill space. I find it impossible to believe that the person filling this box didn't know they were packing almost half the box with a ridiculous amount of duplicates. Before I post this message as my review, I would very much like to offer you the opportunity to make this right. By my casual and generous calculations, you have, with these duplicates, shorted me 446 cards that I purchased (478 grossly duplicated cards - 32, allowing for 4 copies of each of the duplicated cards to count as "lightly duplicated"). As these were intended as a Christmas present, your prompt response will be appreciated. That is, after all, what you advertised. Regardless of the price, you should give people what you say you're going to give them. I certainly didn't expect 111 copies of the same card. Additionally, I expected excellent customer service since it says on your seller information page "Gaming Broker We are a company you can trust . We care . We pride ourselves in excellent customer service..." I'm sure, that, as consummate professionals you must be providing excellent customer service and that it is I, as a lowly consumer, misinterpreting your response as dismissive, bordering on rude. I'm sorry, Jason, but I just don't feel like you care. Also, though I, as a mere customer, must certainly be incorrect, I don't generally consider 1027 to be "way more" than 1025. I was promised 1025 cards, and I received exactly 1027. On that scale, Jason, most people would consider 2 a very small number. Much smaller than, for example, 111. In any case, since I assume, from your response, that you have no intention of making good on your advertised product, I'll go ahead and post my review. Thanks again for your prompt response.
