Just went through my second pair of Bose QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise cancelling ear buds. No matter how careful I am in handling them they break. Plug them into my audio device and only remove them for charging. Both pair only last about a year. To expensive to by on a yearly basis. Long time Bose advocate and bose customer. I don't recommend this product unless you can afford to by this product once a year.
