I used this product to adhere foam soundproofing panels to my walls because it was recommended for exactly that. I have attempted to hang the soundproofing 3 times now and it just falls off of the wall. The pads are not sticky at all. I plan on reusing the ones I have but I'll be buying an adhesive that actually works to apply to the pads and foam panels. I do not recommend using this product. I can't even hang one 12" by 12" foam panel that's as light as air using 5 of these pads. These pads are so non stick I could fry an egg on them.
