I ordered pods from this company because they had some cool sounding flavors like French toast and banana foster. The first picture on the left is how my product came to me. The pods were not separated by flavor and I only got the basic flavors once my daughter and I sorted them. I was MISSING Creme Brulee, Texas Pecan, S'mores, French Toast, Bananas Foster, and Almond Amaretto. I emailed them and they said they would send my pods I’m missing. Great right?......Wrong!! I received the pic on the right which was 4 more hazelnut, I already received 16, and 1 creme brûlée and 1 s’mores. When I talked to customer service the first time she said that the box should be printed and the pods should be separated by flavor. The “replacement” also came in an unprinted box and took a week. I am very upset and will not bother ordering again. Will update later if I hear back from them.
