Nail File Came Dirty, Worn, and Used!
This product came used as can be seen in my photos. It is full of dirt and some other dog’s fur. The file attachment is worn because someone already used it on their dog. There was nothing indicating that I would be purchasing a used nail file. Why should I pay full price for a used item?
