They look like the real arch supports but they have absolutely zero support for the bottom. There is almost zero padding, I cant even feel it when I step. The band holding them on is so loose it does nothing, not even keep them in place. And they smell AWFUL. If you are looking for real plantar fasciitis arch supports these are not the ones. I seriously do not understand why these have such a great rating when they are such a TERRIBLE product.
