Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this specific dog harness because of the swivel connector that is used with the safety belt. The clip I received is not the same shared on the Amazon product description, nor on the photo of the packaging, nor on the instructions. Not happy with the product I received. See my photos for more details. ****Update #1*** I commented on the Amazon photo and Amazon decided that the image was still valid. I dont know what their decision is based on becasue the image in the photo is not the procudt that was set to me. I sent an email directly to Kurgo describing the situation and heard no response. I visited the Kurgo website and they have just the clip available but the images they use are different. 2 photos are of the clip I received and 1 is the image used here on Amazon on the white dog(incorrect). I tried to comment and review the product directly on the Kurgo website. The website gave me an error message 3 times, each time I rated it 1 star. Perhaps they are blocking bad reviews on their own site. Bad customer service, product misrepresentation and a website that does not allow 1 start reviews. I will update if any actions by the company change my mind. ***UPDATE #2*** Amazon responded and reviewed the photo again after I called them. Amazon has good customer service so no issues with them. I received zero response to my numerous messages and calls to Kurgo. They continue to have the incorrect photo on their website.
