Although this strap is very comfortable and the tripod mounts are great, the clip snapped on one of the straps and my 5d mark 2 dropped to the ground. my 580ex II snapped off the camera. luckily it was on grass and the damage looks like i can fix it for under $100 with the right parts. Also furthermore, the rubber padding between the camera and the plate shifts off due to it being thin an cheap material poorly glued onto the plate. this wouldve been a great strap had the clips and rubber padding been better built and of higher quality. ill probably go for a black rapid dual setup but i heard you have to tighten the connectors every so often. i may also consider going back to the neoprene optech straps if i wanted peace of mind. Update - I've been using the real version of this - the Black Rapid dual strap and it has been wonderful for almost a year and i love it. I was able to fix the flash foot easily for under $50.
