Proven by blood work.
Took this product for six weeks, as directed.
Started after a 376 Tes Count (within limits but wished closer to the 1000 on the top end; some MDs say 1100.
Blood work came back at 374. Larger readings both higher as well as lower are perfectly normal according my Internet Med doc (MD). Cannot recommend it on facts.
