I have been a happy user of a kindle touch. So when this paperwhite with better resolution & built-in light came out, I decided to upgrade, but it was a total failure! There was a tiny spot near the upper edge of the screen, something like a pin hole, which is constantly bright. I can still read, but I know it will constantly annoy me. Called the Amazon customer service, and they sent me a replacement right away. However, this time there was a bright spot at the center. OMG, it was even worse. After I received the second replacement unit and read many other similar reviews, I realized that there was no hope. I returned them all.
