I have had this grabber for 4years and never had a problem with it so I did not understand why people were complaining about the poor quality. So since the cost was so good I decided to order 2 more to use in other rooms since I was always forgetting to take it with me. The 2nd day I had them one broke where the pinchers connect with the shaft. Got my old one out and they are exactly the same. Either they changed manufactures or material but something has changed. I will no longer be recommending these to anyone and am sending back the 2 New ones...Too bad they had a real good product for awhile. Obviously need better quality control.
