If I could give this a zero, I would. Do not buy this luggage. I received it exactly one week ago, and I flew to San Diego on Friday. As soon as I got it off the luggage carousel, I could see it had three large dents in it and one wheel was broken. I trust Amazon. I buy almost everything from Amazon, and without a doubt, this is the first time I was horribly disappointed. I did not buy the insurance, so I'm out the $70+. The case is actually plastic (not a true hard cover). I've flown American literally hundreds of times around the world (20 countries in 10 years, many of them more than once) and in the U.S. The airline has never damaged anything I owned before, so I don't think this is on them. Just a garbage product, and I'm sorry I tried to save money. Brand names from now on for stuff like this. Costco, here I come.
