Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this product (Potassium Chloride powder) in 2014 to use as a salt supplement. I put it in my salt shakers and it flowed fine. I just purchased again (3/2019) and the new product is extremely clumpy. I dumped the bag in a bowl and broke up all the clumps. Put it in my salt shaker and it won't pour. It's become practically a solid mass overnight. I live in the desert, so there is very little humidity in the air. It's fine if you just want to take it as a supplement, but if you want to use it as a salt substitute, be advised, it won't flow in a shaker. Also of note: Bulk Supplements offers free product in exchange for reviews. After taking advantage of this offer several times and disclosing it in my reviews on their website (none of which were 5 stars since you have to review the product right away), I noticed that my reviews were not posted. I contacted BS several times about this and was repeatedly gaslighted by multiple employees, who would respond with some variation of "Thanks for your interest in our reviews. Here is how you leave a review on our website..." with some generic instructions. Now I will only leave reviews on Amazon instead of their website. I just want other customers to be aware that all those 5 star reviews are paid for in exchange for free product and that BS seems to pick and choose which reviews they publish.
