Presentation is everything and Uncle Jim's is not. First of all, it did not come in the fancy box as advertised. It came in a plain brown box. However the sack and instruction sheet were great, so I gave 3 stars. I would have overlooked everything and given 5 stars, except for one major problem. I reached into the bag to pull out my community of worms, only to find peat moss with a worm here and there. No clump of worms. 250 worms should have at the very least covered the palm of my hand. I'm not trying to stir up trouble, just telling it like it is. I think you need to check up on the latest quality of your workers, cause I most definitely got short changed. Finally, The worms I did get were all alive and no odor, naturally, so I gave 5 stars. I hope this was an isolated incident, because you may have already lost me as a customer. I was planning to buy 500 more along with 1000 Africans in November. This is setting me back, cause I have a time management plan for my business, including all the other items I will need to get everything in operation and my budget is extremely thin, especially with grand kids.. Like I said, Uncle Jim, I'm not trying to start trouble, but I'm not a happy camper. Now my first batch is going to have to go towards growing more worms.
