This is disgusting... I’m an electrician and when I got this I broke out my multimeter to test continuity to make sure my son is actually grounded— he has CP and I was trying some alternative practices using earthing. I tested and he was not grounded.. maybe he wasn’t touching enough on the mat,, pressed his feet on it harder... nothing. So I tested the mat directly.. no ground connection even though the plug was plugged in... so I take the cord off and one end of the cord to the other isn’t even showing continuity (tested to be not connected). So the cord is bad, I tested the mat from the metal connection button to anywhere in the mat... no connection. So basically you’re buying a rubber mat and a dream. These were tested personally - I’m a master electrician —- I’ve been using amazon for 7 years and have never written ANY review.And imagine if you don’t have a multimeter, which most people don’t— you’re just a dummy with a rubber Mat thinking your grounded, while they take your money.This is not just a bad cord problem.. the mat and button connection does not have true connection to the mat... I’m literally enraged with this scam. I hope this business crumbles
