I initially ordered this phone because I thought it would work with T-Mobile. It's unlocked after all, I'm not sure if T-Mobile does something but unlocked phones NOT from T-Mobile do not perform as well as phones from T-Mobile. So I decided to return this & not risk bad service. They approved the return, HOWEVER, postage is NOT paid & they will charge a 20% restocking fee. Be sure you will not return the product or else you will lose greater than $120 on the return PLUS you have to pay for packaging & postage.
