The lid to this jar does not fit properly and leaks terribly at even the slightest tip to the side. So if you are just opening the jar it will leak all over your hands before you even have the lid unscrewed. You have to set it on the counter and twist to keep it level to prevent leaks otherwise it's an oily mess. Furthermore, because there was no seal on the jar durring shipping, it came in already having leaked all inside the shipping box. Because this item is not returnable, amazon won't do anything about it, so if your jar comes in half empty you're out of luck. Who knows what kind of contamination issues we are dealing with, since the lid doesnt fit and there was no seal, air/bacteria can easily travel in and out. As far as the flavor, I found it to be quite bland. It smells great but that doesnt translate to the taste. For a $15 'hot sauce' I expect a product that delivers on both quality of packaging and flavor, this product failed on both points. Bummer.
