This test will only work with a very small number of phones and you aren't told this until you receive the product. So since this company couldn't be bothered to post it, here's the list: Android users: SAMSUNG OR PIXEL ONLY!! Even if you have an exact model from their list, it still won't work if you've updated it lately. So if you've already on Android 12, forget it, it won't work. If you're willing to and go through all the hassle of tracking down their website and completely verifying the requirements, I would still proceed with caution. That's as far as I was able to get, so there's no telling how many other landmines you might hit along the way. Just please check the website carefully for yourself before you take the chance. The fact that this company does not publish all this up front in their ad BEFORE they waste your time and money is worse than false advertising in the middle of a pandemic. Amazon was good enough to refund my money, but BD wasted a lot of my critical time waiting for this test. It turned out that I was indeed positive for covid-19. Note to BD VERITOR: I have 8 phones in this house some of which have been purchased in the last 3 months, and none of them matched your list. Come on!! If your app can't handle today's technology, AT LEAST make that clear in your ads or stop selling products that won't work without it! And yes, I tried calling your customer service number from the error message/pop up until 3:45 p.m. on a weekday and you were already closed. Must be nice.
