HIGH HOPES >>> LOW RESULTS. (BUT MY CONTINUED SEARCH FOUND A BETTER CHOICE ON AMAZON.)
These brew cups are sturdier than some others, have a decent lid seal, and are not susceptible to having their bottom punctured by the Keurig's lower needle (because they have a solid plastic bottom). However, the lack of a bottom screen results in relatively poor flow-through and it appears the tubular spray nozzle does not work as well as "shower head" types that spray on the full top surface of the coffee. These also have less side screen area than any of their competitors, which further increases the resistance to flow. As a result, even with a relatively coarse coffee grind (which results in weaker coffee) the Breworo makes the Keurig pump struggle to move water through the ground coffee. That's not good: A friend toasted two Keurig brewers from overstressing the pump. (I don't know the brand of brew cup involved; a too fine coffee grind can also be a major factor in causing excessive back pressure).
I simply could not get these cups to produce a decent cup of coffee without the Keurig being slowed down to virtually a drip and struggling for a long time to make just a few ounces. Using much less or very coarse grind coffee improved flow but also resulted in a very weak brew. So I stopped using these and tried two other brands of reusable brew cups for the Keurig. The best results by far were obtained with a competing product by ValueCafe (6-pack for $7.99 on Amazon), which is apparently a very new design. It's very sturdy, has a protected bottom screen. a real hinge for the lid, and is a "shower head" design. It's so new the picture on the box did not correspond to the product (but the web page pictures did) and there were no instructions on the box, or enclosed with the product. Hopefully, ValueCafe will fix those issues quickly.
