When I opened the package, I initially thought that the vendor forgot to customize my tags. I literally didn't see any text on the tags. It wasn't until I moved the tags around in the bright lights of my kitchen did I notice the text. I would not put these tags on my pets only to run the risk of someone ignoring the seemingly blank tags if, heaven forbid, my pets were to get loose. The vendor refunded me but minus the cost of shipping which I found rather insulting considering that the product was useless.
