I really wanted to like this case but NO headset jacks will fit through the case. I wasn't expecting the regular (fat) 3.5mm jack to work, but I thought that the Apple supplied (OEM) iPhone 5S headset jack would work since it's designed to fit into the recessed plug. But, alas, no. So, I tried another headset with a recessed jack (I used one that works without any issues on my husbands iPhone 5C with a similar case and the same recessed jack) and it still doesn't work - falls right out. Not sure if I received a defective product since it doesn't appear that others are having this problem, but since I can't use any recessed headset jacks, it's a deal breaker for me. (By the way, I tried to "Contact the Seller" with this feedback a week ago and I haven't received any response.)
