I ordered two of theses wraps, one for me and one for my sister since we both suffer from tension headaches and shoulder pain. When I first tried it on the medium setting it was great, but then about 10 mins later i could feel it cooling down instead of keeping a constant heat. So I turned it up to high. The same thing happened. It would warm up and then 5-10 mins later cool down. I double checked the instructions and it said it had an automatic shutoff after 2 Hours so I have know idea what was going on. I asked my sister about hers and she had the same problem. Sadly we returned them.
