The product itself is average. It works well until the hearbuds separates from the rest of the headphones for no apparent reason causing the wires inside to break. If this happens the little things you put inside you hear will be separate from the rest of the device and obviously you wont gt any sound. I contacted the seller about this and only got a reply once(but the conversation did not end), I would like to at least be told the problem was not covered by the warranty. But I was not told anything conclusive.
