It worked for one hour and then quit. Now it receives the signal from my desktop computer quite nicely via wifi and it hums along as the printer bar moves efficiently across the paper...but no ink is deposited on to the paper...just a nice blank piece of paper where my receipt for this miserable thing should be. I called HP....oh, but wait, you can't call HP. There is no tech help phone number anywhere. Not on the box, not on the enclosed paperwork, not on the pretty colorful screen and not at the website where they direct you for help. HP DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER no way no how. Even the Department of Motor Vehicles is more user friendly than HP! If this is the way HP (a once great company) is going, they'll be going down that road without my $$$$.
