I replaced a previous Wahl that I bought in 2002 which was a chorded item which lasted and was durable. This item is cheaply made. A couple of months agoI knocked it over and it fell from my sink onto my bathroom rug. From that moment on the blade would vibrate and make noise. Today, I thought the blade was loose so l tried to tighten it but it was not loose. After my haircut today the whole top blade assembly broke off when I i was brushing off the hair after using it. I cant believe how this assembly is supported by two small pieces of plastic. I'm very disappointed in this produce. And For the record I'm the only person using this and I buzz cut my balding head about twice a month. I used this item less than 10 times!!! I think to replace this I will need to go to ne of those salan stores and see the product up close. I wont be replacing on Amazon.
