Purchased this on Amazon because it’s half the price than at the vet. My 9 year old cat Lala has been getting half a packet in the morning and half at night for at least 6 months. I gave her half of a packet from the box I ordered from Amazon this morning and after she drank half of the Fortiflora mixed with water (as I do every day) her stomach got really bloated and her stomach was grumbling really loud which hasn’t happened since before I started giving her the Fortiflora prescribed by her vet. She drank the rest about an hour later and immediately started shaking and threw up 3 massive piles in our living room. Fortunately I think she threw up everything she ate so she is currently sleeping on our bed recovering. I don’t know what I would have done had she lost her life due to Amazon being negligent about properly storing products meant for animal consumption. I think the other 1 star reviews are correct when they say that Amazon doesn’t store this product correctly, and it also made my cat very sick. To avoid her possibly dying from a toxic product that Amazon is claiming is safe, we are returning this box and never buying products for our cat on here ever again.
