This product used to be a great kitchen tool. Unfortunately, OXO has designed it such that the soap dispenser button is cheap rubber, unable to withstand a couple months of use. One pushes the button during use to dispense soap pretty regularly during the evening wash up. Sadly, the quality of the rubber is not up to the task. Another way to look at this as an obvious flaw: the button does not last long enough that you can wear out the replaceable brush that comes with it. It makes sense to buy this brush and a few replacements. Sadly, you won't get through the included brush before tthe torn button will drive you nuts. Even more annoying is the 30 day policy was only exceeded by the button's life by a few days, so I can't hit Amazon for it. Bottom line, this product is not worth the money unless you think getting 5-6 weeks out of a 9 dollar dish brush is reasonable--well, that is only $90 a year for brushes. My guess, a silicone rubber button would stand up to daily use and I would happily pay another 1-2 bux for the upgrade over this.
