Know before you drink.
I suggest that anyone interested in trying Spark consider that it has 120 mg of caffeine, as is stated on the label. A side-by-side analysis of ingredients is available on [...] and it compares Spark to Coca Cola (and other "energy" beverages). To give you an example, they list Spark as having 120mg of caffeine and Coke as having 35mg. Suddenly it looks like Spark has a lot of caffeine, doesn't it? If you are a person who is truly sensitive to caffeine I raise a caution to you. This was not mentioned to me when I was asked to try Spark. If you are pregnant, then you really should inform your doctor that you are drinking Spark as they may advise you not to if you tell them how many milligrams of caffeine is in each serving. Personally, I am not sensitive to caffeine at all. I can fall asleep just fine after an evening cup of coffee. But, I was very frustrated after drinking Spark as I was awake all night. I drank it at an afternoon demonstration party and was told it is fabulous because of all the revitalizing vitamins to boost your energy level. The host said she drinks several Spark drinks a day to help her through her "afternoon slump". If the vitamins are sufficient to give you the necessary energy, then why is caffeine added at all? And, why did the AdvoCare distributor tell me all about the wonderful vitamins and nothing about the level of caffeine? There are many other, inexpensive, ways to obtain the vitamins listed on the label. Caffeine is not the adrenal gland's friend.
