I have used this for over two years but for a while now I would say a year or so I have been struggling with stomach issues that have progressively gotten worse. I couldn't put my finger on it until one gentlemen here left a review pointing out that the company had switched to this type of fungal mold. I don't know what they were thinking and clearly I missed it but I've been having the symptoms that the other folks here with one star reviews described, indigestion, gas (horrible gas), diarrhea, weight gain and just an all around feeling of not being well especially after I ate.Then I started to have inflammation, really, really bad inflammation whole body inflammation and swelling and then herx symptoms like my body was under attack and trying to get rid of some unknown toxin. I know this process, I have detoxed before. Well, I just threw it away, there's no doubt in my mind it was caused by this. I'm never taking this again and lesson learned for all of you out there who take supplements daily check the ingredients when they come every once in a while because they will and can change them without you ever knowing.
