Handle fell off - company told me to tape it back on
The specifications for the product mention it is meant to "last a lifetime" - this is not the case. I had one of the handles fall off recently. When I reached out to the company to get help with the issue, they suggested I "tape or glue" the handle back on. What? I would go with another company that stands behind their products.
