Bought this in February and was pleased with the results, however by July the battery would no longer charge. Revitive had me ship it back to them at my expense and I waited three weeks for a replacement. When it arrived it had the same problem with the battery not charging. Again, I called Revitive to report the problem, this time refusing to pay for return shipment and they sent me a label to send the defective product back. I called today to check on the status of my replacement machine and was told to my surprise that the replacements are refurbished. I asked about a refund and was told since I purchased it through Amazon, that a refund is not an option and the 2 year warranty does not apply. I paid $329 for this product and here I am six months later at their mercy waiting for another refurbished replacement that I have no idea will work when I receive it. They have terrible customer service- BEWARE!
