Not all that great
Actually have had this product for only about 3 days but I want to warn you of a few things. I would not buy this product again (even though I admire it being organic) because (1) the Vitamin B12 they use is the inferior cyanocobalamin (as opposed to the best...Methylcobalamin) (2) the Vitamin C is pure ascorbic acid, which by itself (i.e. no bioflavonoids included ,etc) can be acidic....but, granted, with all the other stuff in this vitamin, it would not be likely (3) it contains only 1 source of Vit E tocopheryl (d-alpha), whereas studies have shown a mixture of all 8 tocopherols and tocotrienols is by far the most effective and (4) the amount of zinc (a very important mineral) is only 7 mg, or 47% of RDA. Source Naturals, mentioned below has 15 mg, or 100%. Whenever a company takes the inferior route (cyanocobalamin) on anything, I avoid them, not knowing what other inferior ingredients may be used. 12/31/2011 UPDATE: Here is the reply I sent to IMHO who asked if I know of another product for consideration: Hey there, and you are welcome. By far, the best I could find is Source Naturals Life Force Multivitamin. It actually has the only Methylcobalamin for its B12 that I could find in probably the 20 or so brands that I checked, and this includes the liquids. And, more good news (and kinda unbelievable)....it actually has the FULL spectrum of all 8 tocopherols and tocotrienols !! Also, it has 15 mg of zinc (100% RDA) whereas Rainbow has only 7mg (47% RDA). Hope this helps.
