I was very disappointed with this purchase! Not only was it backordered and took additional weeks to get to my house! When it did arrive The boxes were coded in black dirt which I then had to load into my house only to find out that it was one of the cheapest product I've ever seen! The cushions felt like they were made of reusable shopping bags! The legs of the couch and Ottoman work plastic and there was a gouge in the side of the Ottoman. It was missing many pieces including the back only to find out later that they were stuffed inside of the bases of the already thin couch. I'm usually very very happy with Amazon I was happy with the customer service I received from the couch company however they really should not sell such a product. They did a very good job of photographing it for the website but it is nothing like it looks like. The crazy part is I still paid a relatively decent amount for it I absolutely would caution anyone from purchasing this couch! And if you do return it it's a week long process the boxes will sit in your living room filthy while you wait for someone to come pick it up during a three hour window.
