Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This got so many good reviews I was anxious to receive it. Unfortunately on the first use it failed miserably. Neither of the cats in the picture are authorized to use the feeder. The feeder stayed open while they pushed the authorized cat out. This makes the feeder absolutely useless. Edit to add: Third-party seller kept a 10% restocking fee plus I had to pay for return shipping so it cost me $20.04 to find out this feeder didn't work for the reason it was intended. Thanks, Amazon.
