When we first got our kiinde warmer, it was wonderful. It does a great job of warming breast milk directly from the kiinde pouches. As an exclusively pumping Mom, this was important to me. However, the motor on our kiinde has broken not once, but twice in 3 months. The first time it stopped working, it was a little less than one month after purchase. The company replaced the product, and advised us to make sure we followed the cleaning process (which we already did) and use bottled or filtered water. Despite cleaning it every few days, and de scaling it every month, and only using bottled water to fill the reservoir, the motor has broken once again. At this point, I have told the company I don’t even want another one. We will be switching brands as I can’t keep asking for a replacement every 2 months for a product that we use 8 times a day every day. A very disappointing end to a promising product. But it seems they need to go back to the drawing board and build a better motor for water circulation.
