Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This shampoo lathers well and smells just like vanilla cake...an interesting and not great choice for a pet shampoo. Unfortunately, it did not stop my dogs from scratching...not even a little. Since the colder weather has arrived, my three pugs have been digging at themselves constantly. I'm assuming it's dry skin, but I don't over-bathe them...and it's definitely not fleas. I was really hoping this would be the answer for us but, unfortunately, it is not. Anybody have any recommendations? Please share in the comment section. UPDATE: I've been contacted by this company, both in the comment section of this review and also via snail mail (twice!), offering discounts and refunds. While they haven't said so, I know from past experience on Amazon that if I were to accept a refund, they would likely remove this review...as though it was no longer valid. So beware--the crazy good review rating is likely because they're offering refunds and then removing the bulk of the bad reviews. Yet, when I told them they could give me a refund AND leave the review up....CRICKETS. So yea, while I absolutely admire their donations, this isn't a company I would order from again.
