PS5 is Dead and won't turn on.
Purchased ps5, played 1.5 hours, console shuts off on me randomly and now won't turn on. Contacted both Sony and amazon and neither one is able to provide me with a replacement yet. Extremely disappointed and saddened by what has happened to my system. Absolutely dreadful experience.
