Not recommend, melts quick.
I purchased this ice pack due to name brand. I work 10 hour shifts outdoors, and to my shocking surprise it’s no good. I have a cheep target brand ice pack as well that outperforms this hands down!!! I wouldn’t Reccommended this to anyone. It only lasts about 4 hours (if that).
