Ordered five of these chairs as a gift for my daughter, who lives in an isolated rural area. Four arrived seriously broken and unusable, the fifth arrived with screws missing that are supposed to hold the thing together. Amazon's response is that the junk has to be returned before a refund will be given. Packaging the awkward things and bulky up for return is not an option for her, so she's stuck with defective, EXPENSIVE chairs that are not usable unless she can figure out a way to perform her own repairs. I feel as though I've been had, and am ashamed of Amazon.com. I've been an Amazon customer since they were an online book store years ago. NO MORE!!
