Disappointed long time user
I'm a long time user of Harmony remotes, over 10 years. This is the first model that I've been deeply disappointed enough in to return to Amazon. It can control up to 8 devices, however you can only set up a single activity. Activities is the feature that make Harmony remotes more useful than a run of the mill universal remotes. Because there is only a single activity, any time you want to do anything other than that single activity you must manually set all of the inputs on your TV, AV Receiver and turn on/off the device. Normally you'd press an activity button and the remote would handle all of the details for you. Bonus, the default button assignments for all of the devices that i added didn't allow changing inputs on any device other than the TV so I had to customize all of the button assignments before I could even switch from DirecTV to Xbox.
If you're considering this remote and think you're getting a Harmony remote, save your money and just buy a standard Universal remote instead. The other harmony models that support multiple activities are worth the price premium, this one isn't.
