My cats have been eating this for about 5 years or so. Never had a problem with it. I had a subscription set up with Amazon. This last bag made my cats so sick. This has never happened before. They were having a gagging/dry heave motion and lethargic. Took the cat that got sick first to the vet. Xrays and bloodwork were mostly normal. White blood cell count was slightly elevated. $324 later, the vet was puzzled. Both of my cats reacted the same way, a day apart from each other. The only difference, was the new bag of food I opened. They had not been to the vet, around other animals, nor had we been around any animals to bring anything in to our cats. Once I took the food away, the cat that does not eat as much, was better in 3 days, the other cat was better in 5 days. I also made a report on consumer reports regarding this. If you check that site, you will see other cats are getting sick from this food and someone else also mentioned getting the food from amazon. Please, if your cat starts to puke, gag, have diarrhea, please throw the food out. My cats were so sick. They looked miserable. I am glad I made the connection before they got worse.
