Beware! Was cooking chicken on low, when not even 10 minutes in and a loud POP! Glass is sent showering all over me, the range, into the food (organic and expensive), the floor, the countertop. Lucky I didn't get hit by any shrapnel. Their was enough force to shoot the handle to the lid up into the air and land about a foot away on the range. The skillet was fine but the lid and dinner was destroyed. I've only had this pan for about 2 months with light use ( I use Cooks Standard and Staub for heavier use.)I feel fortunate I wasn't hurt. Please beware!
