Look, the Mattress itself it’s fine--it was the shopping experience that was horrible. When we first opened our mattress when measured it and it was 3 inches smaller than it was supposed to be on one side, and 2 inches smaller on the other side. And then it took 4 weeks for them to finally process the replacement. I had to email and call them all the time to check in on why they were delaying so much and every time they said “oops, I don’t know what happened. It must have fallen through the cracks.” And the replacement mattress wasn’t even the right size either, just a little bigger than the first one. I literally wasted days dealing with Casper and waiting for them to deliver the mattresses because they didn’t show up when they were supposed to and then they just rescheduled at the last minute. Sol while their mattress is okay, do not trust their “no-hassle” refunds/return policy.
