My boyfriend is a mobile mechanic and he heavily relies on his phone to book appointments. Recently, his phone crashed and he lost contacts & important appointment dates. We were able to back it up and restore this infortmation, but as a backup we needed a hard copy agenda. I love mine! I have a pink agenda. Same size. Same brand. I purchased mine on amazon with no issues. When we ordered this black one, it came but wasn’t in the condition I hoped for. It had looked like it was left open or accidentally had something placed on it, causing a crease. It will take a few days under the mattress to flatten out, so it gives me time to leave this review and purchase quality pens. I will order again, but there has to be a quality assurance team to prevent this kinda stuff.
