I had been taking another probiotic for years, butwas about to run out and didn’t have time to go to the store to get more. Given all of the positive reviews, I decided to try this product. Other probiotics I’ve used are always in a capsule form. These are hard dry pills. Almost immediately I started having issues due to an excess of yeast. I won’t go into details, but it has been several uncomfortable weeks. Yesterday, I went out and got the old probiotic and today the problem seems to be resolved - time will tell. I’m not saying these caused my issues, but I am saying that I think something about them throws my chemical balance out of whack.
